  • Each order will take at least 5 business days to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

  • Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • During peak times, holidays, or new collection launches, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days


📦 Delivery Expectations

While most orders arrive within the standard timeframe, please allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive before contacting us for a replacement or refund. This accounts for potential delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
