Replacement Policy for Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer refunds, we do stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a one-time replacement of the same item.

What Is NOT Considered Damaged:

Design elements that include intentional distressing or tearing
(If a product title or description mentions "distressed," "ripped," "torn," or "vintage style," these features are intentional and do not qualify as damage.) -
Slight variations in color due to monitor/screen differences

Slight size differences (within normal manufacturing tolerances, usually ±1 inch)

Minor wrinkles or creases that may occur during shipping

Replacement Process:
